Connie Chapman Eggleston, 77, born August 17, 1946, returned to the
loving arms of her family on December 9, 2023, in Nephi, Utah.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. Connie struggled many years with mental illness which caused hardships throughout her life. She was
blessed with seven children which were an inspiration and light to her life. Connie graduated with a degree
in Secretarial business from Stevens Henager College. Her favorite job was being a stay-at-home
mom.
Connie was the last surviving sibling of four brothers. She was
preceded in death by her parents Lester Max and Martha Gertrude Koons Chapman, twin brothers Jack Lusk and
Max Koons Chapman, brothers Lee Charles and Paul Chapman, daughter Sarah Eggleston Pittman, and Jamin
Moriancumer Henderson.
Connie is survived by her children Saul (Tana) Eggleston, Vonja
(Daniel) Andrus, Ben (Ingelil) Eggleston, John (Summer) Eggleston, Annette (Bronson) Eggleston, and David
(Angela) Eggleston.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 1289 East 300 South in Provo, Utah. Visitation will
be prior from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church. A graveside memorial and interment will be in Oak City
Cemetery, Oak City, Utah starting at 2:00 p.m.
